Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MigMeet. The Service includes social features and games of chance played with a virtual currency, and is intended for adults only. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract with us.

2. Your account

You register with a mobile phone number verified by SMS and are responsible for keeping your credentials (including your password and MPIN) confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, and to access the Service, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Virtual coins, gifts and the store

• MigMeet coins are a virtual, in-app item for use within the Service only. They have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or withdrawn for cash or anything of real-world value.
• Coins, gifts, emoji packs, avatars and other virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law.
• We may manage, regulate, adjust, or remove coins and virtual items, and may change their pricing or availability, at any time.
• Coins and virtual items have no value and are forfeited if your account is terminated or the Service is discontinued.

5. Coin-based games

The Service offers games and a daily lucky draw that use virtual coins. These are provided for entertainment only. They are played exclusively with virtual coins that have no real-world value, involve no wager of real money, and offer no prize of real-world value. They are not gambling and are not intended to be. Outcomes may involve chance, and you should play responsibly.

6. User content

You are solely responsible for the content you create or share ("User Content"), including posts, stories, comments, messages, images and voice recordings. You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant MigMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to share your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

7. Objectionable content and acceptable use — zero tolerance

MigMeet has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send or share content, and not to behave in any way, that:

• is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, or bullying;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploits or endangers minors;
• is violent, incites violence, or promotes self-harm or dangerous acts;
• is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or infringes others' intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• impersonates any person, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
• attempts to hack, disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, or to circumvent moderation or coin limits.

By using the Service you agree to these terms and acknowledge there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

8. Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app. We review reports and act on violations — typically within 24 hours — which may include removing content and ejecting the users who provided it. We may moderate, remove or restrict content and accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe. Blocking a user hides your and their content from each other.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or forfeit virtual items if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that User Content is accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigMeet and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, coins, virtual items, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or USD $50.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. App-store terms

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This agreement is between you and MigMeet only, not Apple or Google, and Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content. The app-store provider is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at MigMeet's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
